WHAT IT IS

UltraClear® is an advanced cold fiber laser that rejuvenates the skin by delivering precise laser energy with significantly less heat than traditional resurfacing lasers. This innovative technology creates microscopic treatment channels in the skin that stimulate the body's natural healing response, increasing collagen and elastin production while replacing damaged skin with healthy new cells. Because UltraClear uses minimal thermal energy, treatments are typically more comfortable, have a lower risk of unwanted pigmentation, and require less downtime than many conventional CO₂ or erbium lasers. 3DMIRACL™ is the lightest treatment and is ideal for patients looking for brighter, healthier-looking skin with minimal downtime. It improves dullness, uneven skin tone, enlarged pores, fine lines, mild pigmentation, and overall skin texture while stimulating collagen production. Most patients experience only 24–48 hours of mild redness, making it an excellent "lunchtime" laser treatment.

Clear Mode penetrates deeper into the skin to improve moderate sun damage, brown spots, fine lines, acne scars, enlarged pores, and uneven texture. This setting provides more noticeable collagen remodeling and skin resurfacing while still offering a relatively short recovery compared with traditional ablative lasers.

Ultra Mode delivers a more intensive fractional resurfacing treatment for patients with deeper wrinkles, significant sun damage, acne scarring, and advanced skin aging. By stimulating robust collagen remodeling, Ultra Mode creates dramatic improvements in skin firmness, texture, and overall rejuvenation. Recovery is longer than lighter treatments but significantly less than many traditional CO₂ laser procedures.

UltraClear Coring™ is an advanced treatment that precisely removes tiny columns of excess skin without surgery. This unique technology helps tighten loose skin, soften deep wrinkles, improve acne scars, reduce enlarged pores, and treat areas that have traditionally required surgical intervention. It is especially effective around the eyes, mouth, neck, and other areas where skin laxity is more pronounced.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The average treatment time for UltraClear is 40 minutes. Depending on treatment depth, you may notice mild redness, swelling and peeling for 2–5 days. Results may start to appear within a week and continue to improve as the skin heals. UltraClear’s 3DMIRACL® setting is often called a “lunchtime laser facial” since you may return to normal activities quickly, making it a practical option for busy lifestyles. If you wish to treat deep wrinkles or acne scars and can take a few days off, a more intense option may be performed for more dramatic improvement with 5-7 days of downtime.

With UltraClear®’s lunchtime light peel option, you will notice an improvement in your skin in just 2 to 5 days after your treatment. The results may last a few months.

For UltraClear®’s more intense treatment options, your skin will continue to get better for up to 6 months and the results may last up to 3 years. However, since our skin continues to age and new wrinkles and spots may appear due to sun damage and daily life, additional treatments may be needed to maintain healthier, fresher and younger-looking skin.

Results from UltraClear® laser treatments can last for years with proper skincare and sun protection. Many patients notice brighter, smoother skin within the first few weeks, with continued improvement over the next 3 to 6 months as new collagen is produced. Because collagen remodeling is a gradual process, your skin continues to become firmer, smoother, and more youthful long after your treatment is complete. While the natural aging process continues, maintaining a healthy skincare routine, wearing daily sunscreen, and scheduling periodic maintenance treatments every 12 to 18 months can help preserve your results.
